Aveiro sweater kit, size M – XL
The Aveiro Sweater designed by Orlane Sucche of Tête Bêche Designs
‘The sweater is named after Aveiro, a beautiful Portuguese city with fisherman’s typical striped houses. Aveiro is a sweater for mid-season weather. It is thought as a simple pullover, stylish and easy to wear. Perfect directly against skin, with your favorite shirt or over a summer dress.’
Orlane Sucche is the talented lady behind the beautiful Aveiro sweater I cast off recently. Her design had been in my Ravelry queue for some time, when the subtlety of The Coastal Path collection revealed two natural shades that would take me through cool summer evenings and the change of the seasons. I used my Bluff Cove DK base and the finished sweater is more than I could have hoped for.
