Where’s My Pattern?

So you’ve signed up but can’t find your free pattern? Don’t worry, here are a few quick steps that usually solve it:

1. Give it a few minutes
The email sometimes takes a little while to arrive. Please wait 5–10 minutes before re-checking.

2. Check these folders

• Gmail: Look in the Promotions tab.
• Other email providers: Check Other, Updates, or Clutter.
• Spam/Junk: Sometimes it ends up here (rare, but possible).

3. Mark me as safe
To make sure you never miss a pattern in the future:

• Add hello@annabelwilliams.co.uk to your contacts.
• If my email landed in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam”.

4. Still nothing?
If it’s been more than 15 minutes and you’ve checked all of the above, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly or blocked by your provider. In that case, please sign up for a pattern again using a different email address if possible.
