Shipping and returns

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship orders from my studio in Gloucestershire to customers in the UK and around the world.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated according to the weight of your order and its destination. The available shipping options and cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
This depends on where your order is being delivered.

For orders to the USA, applicable US tariffs and import charges are calculated and added at checkout. The amount will vary depending on the products in your order.

For orders to the EU, VAT and applicable duties are collected at checkout where prepaid delivery is available. These orders are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning the relevant charges have already been paid before your parcel reaches you.

For destinations where taxes or duties cannot be collected in advance, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return an order?
I hope you’ll be very happy with your order, but if you change your mind you can let me know that you would like to make a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Please email hello@annabelwilliams.co.uk with your order details and return request. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Returned items should be in their original, saleable condition. Yarn should be unused and unwound. Unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How will my order be packaged?
I try to keep packaging simple and use materials that can be reused, recycled or composted wherever possible. Orders are wrapped in recycled brown paper and sent in paper or compostable potato-starch mailing bags.

I also reuse clean cardboard boxes and packing materials from the studio when they’re in good condition, so your order may occasionally arrive in a box enjoying its second outing.
