A perfect little project to make gifts for your loved ones, small and grown-up. You must be warned that Tsutsu doesn’t like that much being alone! So be prepared to be asked for extra little bears. And maybe to be carried away in a whirlwind of little bear-making!

Cinthia is the talent behind the beautiful Tsutsu Bear. Cinthia loves knitting, creating toys, writing, reading kids’ literature and the wonderful world of illustration. All these ingredients carried her to launch FROM CINTHIA designs, dedicated to creating knitted, woolly animals with an extra touch of soul to cherish.

Your kit will include six mini skeins to create three bears and a wardrobe of tiny sweaters and beanie hats. Choose between the original set or a special “Winter” set.

This is a special fleece from locally farmed Devon flocks. Bluefaced Leicester is a strong fibre that is also soft and drapes well, with a stunning texture. The Devon bred Bluefaced Leicester is some of the finest in Britain, as it is soft, lustrous and has a silky shine. Thanks to its strength, this yarn would work well for making socks. Its softness also makes it ideal for creating garments, accessories, and baby clothes.

Previously ‘Bluff Cove 4ply’, the same stunning yarn now spun from fleeces in Darwin just an hour away from Bluff Cove in the Falklands. Named after the famous naturalist, Charles Darwin. Super selected, Darwin is the sister yarn of the Darwin DK, a beautiful Falkland with Cheviot/Romney characteristics. Naturally grey, the dye adds a stunning hue to the yarn. Darwin is a wonderful yarn for just about everything and everyone.

This beautiful Romney wool is a member of the Longwool family and boasts a classic creamy white colour. It is an all-purpose wool which is sourced from a farm located in East Sussex, just a few minutes away from the spinning mill. The wool is worsted spun with slightly higher tension to make it stronger, yet still soft enough to be used for a variety of knitted accessories and garments. It is the perfect choice for those who prefer nylon-free sock yarn.
