The Severnside set is a matching hat and mitten design inspired by the beauty of the River Severn, in Gloucestershire which flows near the edge of the forest where I live. Reflecting the river’s ever-changing views, the set features a cable motif that mimics its winding path. Delicate seed stitch adds texture and depth, while columns of twisted stitches frame the design, symbolising the steady banks that guide the river.
